- EPIPROTECT® is produced by S2Medical AB (publ), Sweden. S2Medical AB (publ) is the data controller for personal data processed through this website.
- What we collect
- We only process the data you actively give us: the name, email address, organisation, role and message you submit through our contact and distributor forms. We do not collect health data through this website.
- Why we process it
- To answer your enquiry, to provide clinical and product information you request, and to evaluate distribution partnerships. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to you, or the steps taken at your request prior to entering an agreement.
- How long we keep it
- Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and to meet applicable documentation obligations for medical device manufacturers.
- Sharing
- Your enquiry may be routed to the appointed distributor in your market so that you can be served locally. We do not sell personal data.
- Your rights
- You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
